A spectacular business!!! I have never been treated so well and felt as comfortable in an auto service shop before. Duane and the others were very helpful and patient with my inquisitiveness ( a non-mechanics need to understand exactly the work to be done and why...). I will definitely go there again. And thanks guys for the excellent customer follow-up. I really like that I can access my "service history" and your other services on your website. I wish all customer service type businesses were more like yours. A+ in my book!

I called ahead of time to have my car serviced for an oil change that takes NO time. When I called they said that it was a 1 hour wait because there are 3 cars ahead of me. I took my car in not even a minute after I called at 12pm on the DOT! and they said it should take 45 minutes to have my car serviced. So I am looking to get my car back at 1:45pm. Time goes by, no call. 1:45 pass. No call. 2:45 pass and I call because JOHN* didn't return my call. I asked him if my car was finished and he said they haven't even began to work on my car yet. He said my car is next. 3:45 pass and my car still ISNT done. I call back and I ask them why my car isn't done & by this time I am requesting to speak to a manager. I ask the manager why my car isn't done and why they haven't called me and what is the status on my car because I need my car to drive home from work. He says my car is done and he will call me back. NO ONE CALLS BACK. 4:45 I call and I said I thought my car is was finished, why haven't I received my car yet. He said he "thought" it was but it wasn't and he apologizes. I demanded someone pick me up from my job because I need my car and the level of service was completely unacceptable. 5pm and I had to walk down the road to get my car and all they had to offer was a "SORRY". I would not go to this place if I were you. They have horrible customer service. Couldn't even offer me a discount...ARE YOU SERIOUS. never again.

Professional, good service and comfortable waiting area. Spoke to a guy named Rodney, he got me in and out quickly even though they were very busy. Will definitely be back for any automotive needs.

Glad you have a shop here in the South part of town. Also glad to see Dwayne is there. I feel confident I will get good service and know that they are looking out for my safety. You don't sell me something I do not need or do maintenance that is not needed.

Your desk staff as well as the technician who took care of my van was outstanding. I particularly liked the way the person who was actually working on my van talk to me and explained what I needed. I would rather hear it from "the horses mouth" than it be translated via someone on the front desk or just on the phone. I will use you all again and again.

My experience was great. I felt the service manager was honest and friendly. The facility was awesome! Woodie's truly has the correct vision of what an auto shop should be. I was quoted $90 for my repair and paid $87. That is setting a fair, reasonable and accurate expectation and that is exactly what today's educated consumer is looking for. Well done Woodies!

Love this shop! I've had an oil change and tires mounted here so far. I also sent my sister here and she got a whole slew of things done - same satisfaction. They're fairly priced and will communicate things that may or may not need work. They are not sales guys! Females - they do not talk down to you either! (I know my way around cars and I haven't been bullshitted by them) The waiting room is comfortable and well stocked with good coffee. Very fast service.

HONEST and FAIR! I'm wondering how long it's going to take companies to realize that we live in the age of Yelp and savvy consumers. Bad companies will receive bad reviews and on the flip side, places like Woodie's will be rewarded! Woodie's deserves high praise for being honest and treating this young female very fairly today. I had just visited another auto repair service down the road that had tried to COMPLETELY swindle me. As I was driving by Woodie's I decided to drop in. So glad I did!! Steve took great care of me. He addressed my tire needs without bad mouthing the repair facility that had fed me a load of crock before him. That shows a lot of character. I called my dad afterwards to relay the morning's events. He works on cars in a very small town in NC and was so glad that Woodie's didn't overcharge or try to get me to buy a new tire. They treated me like their own daughter! Very reasonable. Thanks so much Steve. I'll be back!
