Stopped in at the Carmel road location, I had no appointment. I took the chance to get an oil change and had my tire gauge light on. Dwight was very helpful, they took me in right away. There happened to be a nail in my tire. Reasonable time and price. I have recommended you to family and friends. Thanks again for your service.

Did not have an appointment for an oil change on 9/28. I called in and the service advisor I spoke with, Alex Pichardo, was completely accommodating and told me to drop it off and that I could rest assured they would be able to get it done same day for me. The was my first time at any of the Woodie’s locations and I can honestly say I was impressed with Alex’s customer service and professionalism. They have gained a new loyal customer for years to come.

I had heard their advertisements in WBT Radio. After disappointing visits to other repair shops, I chose to try Woodie's. Alex was my Advisor. He listened to my description of my problem and scheduled the appointment. The courtesy shuttle was very convenient. The Carmel facility is clean well kept. The dealership where I purchased the car new had kept it a week and could not diagnose it. Woodie's had it diagnosed and repaired in a few hours. I will use Woodie's again in the future, and will recommend them to others.
