Easy to get an appointment for service that was convenient for me. I used the shuttle service offered and I was at the place I needed to be within 10 minutes of walking in. The service manager called to give me updates. My van was ready when projected.

Quick and professional service -- much appreciated

I recently had the motor to my front passenger window replaced at Woodys and in the morning I had difficulty rolling the window back up. I called Woodys after dropping my daughter off at daycare, headed right over, and they were able to diagnose it within 30 minutes and explain that my toggle switch was broken. They were able to get the parts in and repair it that day, gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready. The waiting room was comfortable with a TV, complimentary hot and cold drinks, and snacks. All of the staff were friendly and professional. I'll definitely be returning!

Dwight was straight and up front with me from my very first phone call the day before I brought my car in to Woodys. He told me I could take my chances to be fitted in and I came over. I agreed to wait, he informed me on a timely basis what the wait would be, and finally considering all of their workload, he recommended that I use their driver to take me to my office and pick me up later in the day when my car was finished. All of this for a $30 inspection. I had been a loyal customer of Griffin and after their buy-out gave them a chance. When they had their original Griffin staff, it looked like it would work out okay.....but, when I was not looking all of the Griffin staff disappeared. Really hoped to find my Buddy Brian at Woodys, but guess I was hoping for too much. Very pleased with Woody's, with Dwight, with everything. When you have been driving a 2010 model auto, it is wonderful to be treated like you are driving a brand new CADILLAC from the dealership floor and that is about the best of everything that I can say.

We had to have a last minute state inspection on a Saturday afternoon and Woodies was able to get us in and out quickly. Thanks guys

We have had our vehicles serviced at Carmel Road a few times now. It's always a pleasant and quick experience. This time in particular, I thought I needed a new tire, but Woodie's was able to patch it up, which ended up being about 10% of the cost of a new tire. I appreciate Rick's honesty and integrity as he could have easily told me to replace the whole tire. Will definitely be going back.
