First visit to Woodies was great and it assured that I will be returning in the future. I saw a coolant leak under my vehicle. Called Woodie's to see if they could work on 2009 Dodge Ram 1500. Spoke with Josh who was super nice and professional and he told me they could. Truck was towed in the morning to their facility. Josh called me before lunch with the diagnoses and repair costs. I ok'd the repair and was told it should be done later that day(and it was!) I have worked in the vehicle service repair industry for almost 20 years so I have some insight on this. Of course it's never fun when you have to have your vehicle towed in for a repair, but what the customer experiences from the initial phone call to picking it up makes a world of difference. Josh did a bang up job and for that I will be returning with all of my vehicles.

My first visit was for state inspection. I was very please with the courteous, professional service rendered to me.

I believe that the lack of stars tells the story. I will never visit this establishment or recommend to anyone. Only gave one star because you have to post the review.
