I had gotten a bit of a run-around at a couple of other places (having to wait 7-10 days for an appointment; not getting clear information about service needed and price) and so decided to try Woodie’s after a Google search. I requested and got an appointment in 2 days. A thorough check was completed and an estimate provided along with a clear explanation of what would be done. I left the car with them for the rest of the day and was given a ride home (and picked up next morning) in their shuttle. All work was done as promised and on time. I’m not knowledgeable enough about auto service pricing to vouch for how prices might compare, but I was satisfied and will definitely go back if/when I need service in the future.

My low battery light came on as I was driving from Ballantyne. My car had been acting sluggish and I knew there was a Woodies on Carmel Road. Pulled in and just wanted them to check the battery, but I had to leave the car. Soon after I got a diagnostic report complete with pictures. My alternator and battery were dead, but I also needed brakes. They took care of my car and it was ready the next morning. Josh was my service manager and he was professional and courteous. I would recommend this shop.
