I have used Woodie's services on a variety of vehicles over the last decade and have been very pleased with the way they do business. With a background in auto repair myself, I have been impressed with the way that problems are diagnosed and needed repairs are accomplished without "up selling" of unneeded services. They get the job done quickly, efficiently and let you know that they appreciate your business. Pro tip for customers: Look around the shop area of the repair center that you are considering. Is the place an unorganized mess with folks just standing around or is the place relatively clean with quality tool boxes and mechanics moving with a purpose? That will tell you volumes about the repair personnel AND the management of the facility. I trust Woodie's Repair Center and that trust was earned not given. Thanks to Josh, Johnny and the other professionals for getting my truck rapidly and correctly repaired. I appreciate you attention to detail. I had gotten a bit of a run-around at a couple of other places (having to wait 7-10 days for an appointment; not getting clear information about service needed and price) and so decided to try Woodie’s after a Google search. I requested and got an appointment in 2 days. A thorough check was completed and an estimate provided along with a clear explanation of what would be done. I left the car with them for the rest of the day and was given a ride home (and picked up next morning) in their shuttle. All work was done as promised and on time. I’m not knowledgeable enough about auto service pricing to vouch for how prices might compare, but I was satisfied and will definitely go back if/when I need service in the future.
