I have taken my care twice and my husband once and we are both thrilled. It's not every day you find a auto service company that isn't always finding something wrong. We drive our cars very little and our previous mechanic was always recommending that something be done. The staff is very friendly, the waiting area is extremely comfortable and the pricing is more than reasonable. Pam Rose

Woodie's has THE BEST customer service I've ever had! They worked with me to price match (and then ultimately beat) what Firestone wanted to charge me for having an alternator replaced. They are so kind, helpful, and are honest with what I do and don't need. They're dog friendly which makes a world of difference, and their complimentary drop off/pick up is so helpful and also dog friendly. (Not sure if this is standard or if they were just helping me out because I'm in a bind.) I love Woodie's and will not be going anywhere else.

Very nice place. They have free WiFi, snacks and drinks while you wait in comfortable chairs. Also great customer service. I was just getting my annual inspection so I can't say if the prices or services are reasonable, but I haven't heard anything bad.

Very nice facility and knowledgeable staff. Slightly more expensive than the typical garage but worth the extra pennies.

I had an excellent experience! First of all, the setting is beautiful. I've never seen an auto repair shop in such a relaxing location. The service was great as well. It is a nice touch to have the clients simply pull their vehicle up to the covered entry to come in. Very similar to dealerships where you pull inside of the service area for vehicle drop off. The two gentlemen who greeted me inside where friendly and helpful. The waiting area was very clean with good seating and complementary snacks and drinks. Free wifi too! For a slow leak in my tire, they estimated it would take 45 minutes. In the end, I think they finished and I was back in my vehicle in 35 minutes! I will definitely go back to Woody's. I'm even looking forward to it!
