Friendly, courteous staff. They got the work I needed done quickly and efficiently (cost effective). In a more general observation I appreciate that they made the effort to create a nice facility that blends in better to the neighborhood area than a typical bare bones mechanic shop would.

This was an awesome staff I'm sitting in their waiting room right now there's snacks and a full stocked fridge. I'm having an inspection done after calling a couple different places that were closer to my home and told I couldn't get it done tell Thursday and it's Monday. I decided to try woodies. This place is the bomb I personally want to thank Murphy the tech and Dillon Christopher for there hard work. I will not gonna anywhere else from now on. They worked me in when they didn't have to. Thanks woodie I'll be recommending everyone too you guys!!

Woodies - Ballantyne has always been a great experience for us. We have taken our cars there for years now and have always been happy with the work done. They have always been great about following up with work if something needs some extra attention and in several instances fixed small items without any additional cost. From a personnel standpoint, Joey is the man! He is such a friendly and caring person. We have come to know him over the years to the point where he asks us how our newborn son is doing, etc. We have no reason to take our cars anywhere else and will continue to be loyal clients of such a great business. Thanks again for all you do for us!

Woodie's is an impressive business for all your auto needs. Their staff is highly trained and they have certified mechanics. Their office staff is welcoming and can advise you on what you need without adding just a few more things. I use Woodie's for all my automobile needs. A big plus is they stand by their work! Also, a plus, they offer a shuttle service and early bird drop box.

Excellent customer service and very honest too. I had my car fixed the other day and they completed it on time as promised. The shop was very clean and the waiting room was very comfortable. I will certainly share my positive experience with my friends.

Had a car job that was going to take a little to long for me/out of my realm of experience, so I looked around for good reviews and decent prices. I found Woodies. I WAS NOT disappointed. Excellent service, fair pricing, and fast service! Brad at the front desk was awesome to deal with and the mechanic, Omar, was awesome and got everything taken care of that I needed. HIGHLY recommended!

I just called to see how much a vehicle inspection would be because I apparently need one to drive for Lyft and/or uber. The guy on the phone laughed at me and told me it would be $75. Which I find ridiculous because I know a state inspection at Woodies is $30. I was planning on giving Woodies Auto my business, but after that- hell no. Very unprofessional if you ask me.

I've been using Woodie's in Ballantyne since they opened up. I take all 3 of our cars there and have always been treated with respect and prompt service. I've had oil changes, car inspections and tire replacements, including alignment service and each time I've been very satisfied. I would highly recommend Woodie's!

They do not try to upsell you as much as the chain store auto repair located in Ballantyne Village area.
