i was told by the dealer that I needed a motor mount or two plus a few other things. I talked to Keven who assured me he would check it out. Check it out he did, he called me a couple hours and explained that the motor mounts were good but axle problems existed. The tropes at Woodies checked out the car and came up with the proper diagnosis. They repaired the Lexus in a timely manner at a fare price. I will return to Woodies in the future with any automotive problem. Thank you everyone at Woodies

These guys are champs. You know we often shop where we have a good comfort level when it comes to clothing and other services. Well this crew is top notch. You'll never feel pressured to get this or that done. You'll get honest information so that you can make an informed choice. When the work is done, you can feel comfortable that it will be done correctly, or they will make it right... It's hard to find to a group you can trust since nowadays it seems you need to be a rocket scientist to figure out cars and all their idiosyncrasies.. Hats off to Todd and all these guys.. Top to bottom excellent....

Being new to the area, we needed to find an auto shop & I drive past here every day now. Called with what I thought was a small issue and ended up being way more than expected. Being a woman, some try to outsell what is needed to make more money but they went over everything with me step by step, explaining in detail what each thing was, the cost and outcome. They even found an issue with a part that had been replaced elsewhere - good thing it was under warranty. Very friendly staff - they know there stuff and super easy to work with. Even have a courtesy driver if needed to drop you off or pick you up.
