Woodies Customer Service is Outstanding! This was my Second time servicing my vehicle here. I dropped my car off at 10:30am with Mark for a NC Inspection an Oil Chnage and Tire Rotation. I live not even a half mile away and they Graciously offered to take me home Via their Shuttle Service! This is Complimentary by the way! By 12:45 they called to let me know everything looked good and then sent the Shuttle back to get me! I could not have been More Delighted! I will absolutely be using Woodies again! The prices are very reasonable and they are honest with you and don’t try to up-sell you just because. Great Job guys, and Thank you Mark!

Called around noon on Friday to get 4 tires mounted and balanced, the woodies staff had my truck in and out in about 1.5 hrs , everyone was pleasant and the process was quick and truck is riding awesome !! Thanks guys 🖒🖒

I literally pulled into Woodie's with smoke billowing out of my hood. It was 6:00pm, my 3 year old daughter was in the back seat and my 6 year old son was waiting to be picked up at aftercare. Woodie's was right in front of me when my engine hit Florida summer temps- so it was by chance that I ended up there. But I am SOOOOOO glad that I did. The second I walked in- frazzled, stressed, overwhelmed- I was greeted with 2 genuine smile clad "hello's" from Kevin Box and Brian (sorry I don't know your last name Brian, I didn't take your card). Kevin was at the desk closest to me, so I flopped my stuff down and began to unload the tale of my car being on or close to on fire. Kevin was very patient, and walked me right outside to help get my carseat out. He took a quick look at the car and let me know they would get it in as soon as possible and get me answers. Once inside, he gave my now impatient daughter a banana- which allowed us all to dodge a tantrum. They way both he and Brian talked to me and my little girl was kind and calming. They even offered me a ride with Buddy (another AWESOME member of the Woodie's team) in the concierge van so I could get my son in time (nicest man EVER, my daughter is still asking when we can go drive with him again). The next morning I received a call from Kevin going over everything they found and what it was going to cost. This was by FAR my favorite part of this experience. He took the time to break things down for me when I asked, and in a way I (a self admitted non-car-language speaker) could completely understand. He gave me options of things that I needed to do for my immediate situation as well as some things I could do then, but could spread out to my next maintenance appointment if I needed to. A few hours later- my car was ready and I was back to pick it up. Kevin once again took care of me, finalizing the paperwork and getting me financing (because let's get serious- this is now my place to go for all things car related). Overall, what started as a disaster was made completely bearable because of an amazing crew! TLDR: This place is amazing. Kevin, Brian and Buddy are amazing. I'll never take my car anywhere else!

I dropped in without an appointment for a safety inspection and expected to wait at least an hour. Not only did I learn they DO accept appointments for this service (which has not been the case at any other auto shop I’ve been to), they were able to help me and have me out the door in 45 minutes! Very professional and courteous customer service.

I own a 1980 CJ5 Jeep and over the years it has been difficult to find a dependable service garage. I contacted Woodies and discussed my issues with Mark Madden. Mark explained they had the experience to work on my jeep. The results were excellent. All my repair issues were addressed and the jeep has never operated better. I have recommended to all my friends that Woodies in Ballantyne is the place to have your vehicle repaired. I will not hesitate to being any of my cars to this location in the future.
