Our long time (26+ year relationship) mechanic retired, so got to try Woodie's (Ballantyne loction) for two new tires and all 4 wheel alignment. Great communication from start to finish, comfortable waiting room and I am very pleased with the entire experience. Thanks to Mark and the team, I'll be back.

I bring my Forester to the Ballantyne location. They have always been able to schedule my vehicle quickly and have a convenient shuttle. Recently I brought in my vehicle due to a burning smell and it turned out just to be grass. They only charged me for the lift fee, which I felt was very reasonable since it took a mechanic’s time to troubleshoot the problem and it was only $30.

This is one amazing auto shop to take your car in for repairs !! Brian and mark were my service advisors and they both did an excellent job assisting me with the issues that were going on with my car . I felt that they were always truthful and honest with what the mechanic found with the issue of my car and when it came time to purchase a new car they even offered me to bring it to them so they can check it for free to make sure I was getting the right deal. Woodies goes above and beyond for their customers and it truly shows . They also shuttle customers for free and that is a nice incentive as well! 😊 I highly recommend this company!!
