Place has completely gone downhill since the change in service manager.

I needed my SUV's oil change, inspection completed, AND a thorough review of the SUV before a 2200 mile trip. Brandon was clear and concise while communicating. They found some things that needed fixing and charged a reasonable price. Fast, smooth, efficient. Highly recommend.

My car was broken into and they did a ton of damage! I took it to Woodies Auto and Brandon helped reassure me through the whole process! All the employees there were very helpful and kind! They offered me water and snacks as well as keeping me updated on when parts were available and coming in! My car was there for 20 days due to shipment delays which I understood but they were so vigilant in making me aware of when things would be completed! I really appreciate working with them and will most definitely be bring my car back when my next service is due! I highly recommend!
