I woke up and started my day with a flat tire, luckily Woodie's is close by so I limped over there. I dropped the car off with them and they patched my tire up. I didn't have an appointment or anything so I expected it to take a while, and they did call me to let me know about other recommended services but I just wanted the tire. They were also kind enough to drive me back to my apartment. Everyone was super friendly and kind. Very professional establishment. A bit on the pricier side (I had gone to a Walmart that patched me up for $15) and that's the only reason I docked a star. But seriously friendly group of people, and good service.

Woodies does a thorough job in car servicing. I have always taken my car to the dealer but I trust Woodies to do an equal or better job with my vehicle

Came in for an oil change and needing help fixing my windshield washer fluid hose. Cleanest auto shop facility I have ever been in. The courtesy shuttle for local customers was a game changer as they dropped me off at my apartment and picked me up when my car was ready. Great customer service all around. Biggest highlight was the transparency with the detailed auto inspection that was given. I will definitely be coming back to this site moving forward.

I'm really fortunate that I get my car serviced at Woodies in Ballantyne. They were honest and upfront about a product defect and they fixed my problem without hesitation.
