They always stand behind their work and have always been straight shooters. They not only identify and repair current problems but also make me aware of potential problems. When a potential issue exists, they are quick to advise how long I might be able to continue use before the potential problem might become a reality. I feel they are professional, reliable, use quality parts and it has been a pleasure to work with them. I don't find their prices to be out of line and you might be able to get work done for less but trust and confidence in their work, goes a long way with me!

Swapped out an alternator for us at 2pm on a Saturday with no call ahead (they close at 3). Friendly service. Nicest waiting room I've ever seen at a mechanic.

After getting a flat, I placed a phone call to Woodie's to inquire about a special order tire. Rick answered the phone and was extremely helpful in laying out all of the options. He spent 15 minutes with me discussing the costs and benefits of each option and the timeline associated with each. It was an absolute no pressure phone call, he never sought to make me commit to his shop, and seemed genuinely interested in helping find the best outcome for me. I was very pleased with the information presented and the overall tone of the phone call.
