Virgil checked on me throughout a tire repair that Walmart swore I needed replaced for $150, but Woodies fixed it for free and had me back on the road to work in record time. I will never go anywhere else! Most comfortable, classy waiting area too!

I needed a headlight and wipers on short notice before heavy rain started and they were very accommodating!

I was nervous about trying a new car care service, since my regular mechanic had relocated to another state. It's hard to find, let alone hand over your precious car (your baby) to someone new and expect to be handled with such good care. When I stepped into this car service, all the stress melted away. Ken, Amy, Virgil and the rest of the team took care of all my worries. They explained what was needed and why. They never tried to push unnecessary services or upsell unwanted products. The atmosphere was warm and inviting like family. I have ran into other customers, that have been with them for years and are very pleased. This reconfirmed I made the right decision. 🤣 THANKS WOODIES 👍👍👍

I was ready to leave on a long distance trip, when I started the car and the tire warning indicator came on saying the tire pressure was really low in one tire. The car is brand new, having had it just one month, so I thought it was odd that a new tire was losing air. I called my son to see if I could stop by for him to put air in it. Once he took a look at the tire he broke the bad news...nail in the sidewall. He said I would need a new tire. I had also just moved to Charlotte and had no idea where to go, but my son recommended Woodies. I called the Ashley Rd location to see if they could get the tire taken care of right away. The girl I talked to was very nice and assured me if I could be there by 3:45, they could get it done for me. I arrived about 3:30 and the receptionist got me checked in and started looking for the tire I needed. She promptly located one and quoted me the cost to get it and put it on. I gave the go ahead to proceed. The staff I met while waiting were very nice and concerned for my comfort while I waited. They directed me to the amenities that were available and even adjusted the air conditioning temperature as I was cold. The tire replacement went smoothly and I was on the road by 5:30. I will go to Woodie’s in the future should I have the need to and will recommend them to anyone I know that needs their car serviced.

Everyone was very friendly and the service was fast I didn’t have to wait long 20 minutes Tops, great service.

Amazing timing!! Very friendly staff!!! Very decent prices on items that you may need to get during an inspection!!! Sure, I could have gone waaaaay somewhere else, but why when WOODIE'S is closer to my home!!!!!
