I don't think I could be less pleased with the customer service at Woodies if I tried. Took my 4 year-old car in for a lube/oil and to get a cracked plastic piece that on the driver's side repaired or replaced. I was shocked because in year's past, I always was able work done in their waiting room. I was told this wasn't an option anymore and that Larry (who was the only pleasant experience from today) would take me home in their "courtesy shuttle." They said my car would be done mid-afternoon. I contacted them Mid-afternoon to see if it was just about done. Turns out that they had a whole laundry list of "urgent" items that needed to be done- total would be ~$1500. Are you kidding me? I don't doubt that my brake fluid and air filter need to be changed, but was shocked to see that they were charging me $50 just to put in a $28 air filter. I told them to just do the lube/oil. Larry wasn't able to pick me back up until 6p. So, this entire day was wasted for a stupid lube/oil. And they never even addressed the cracked driver's seat plastic. This is not the same Woodies I used to go to in the past at all.
