Not only did I learn they DO accept appointments for this service (which has not been the case at any other auto shop I’ve been to), they were able to help me and have me out the door in 45 minutes! The shuttle service is so well appreciated, we don't have to beg a ride from anyone to get the car when done, or even worry about how we are getting home after dropping off the car.
