They diagnosed correctly and took path of least cost... and it has worked great since. *** BUT 03/25/2019 THEY DID A 28 POINT INSPECTION THAT CLAIMED TO check front and rear brakes. Within 2 weeks the brakes started making noise and the brake light on the dash stayed on. The brakes started to make terrible noise when braking. I took it to the Woodie's in Fort Mill and they said my front and back brakes were dangerously shot, including the disc and the drums. They did a great job and the car runs great. *** They said that the 28 Point inspection would have definitely seen the brakes were bad. I feel like the Carmel Rd Woodie's only listed that they did the inspection and put me in danger of a serious accident. Do not trust that they really looked at your car when they promise they did the 28 Point Inspection. *** I am wanting a resolution on this or I feel like they do not really care and I will need to go further to make this known.

They were so nice and helpful when I just dropped in to ask about my tires. My vehicle had to stay overnight and they drove me to my apartment and offered to come back to pick me up once my car was ready. So professional! 10/10 would recommend

I love the shuttle service that takes me home after I drop off the car and picks me up when the car is finished.

I can’t imagine trusting my car or my money to any shop but Woodie’s. Tom and Bobby take great care with honest pricing and repairs they stand by. You’re in very good hands at this shop—I’ve been a client for more than a decade at this location or the South Blvd option.
