We like the primary focus they have on doing an excellent job of doing the work that necessitated the service appointment in the first place as opposed to almighty efforts attempting to up-sell additional non-urgent work. They might offer a few suggestions to keep in mind for the future, but the overall impression is that they do a great job of maintaining your vehicle.

They removed an inch long piece of metal and fixed my tire while I waited. Nice people, nice waiting room, fast service--I will be back.

I have been a customer at Woodie’s for 30 years. As a woman, it feels good to support a business that is ethical and honest. I know they always look out for my best interest and do not push unnecessary work on my vehicle.

Called around noon on Friday to get 4 tires mounted and balanced, the woodies staff had my truck in and out in about 1.5 hrs , everyone was pleasant and the process was quick and truck is riding awesome !! Thanks guys 🖒🖒

Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation. In addition to tire rotation, Woodies personnel also performed a multi point inspection. I was given a clear and concise report . I left re-assured that my vehicle was ready for the road. Thank you

I literally pulled into Woodie's with smoke billowing out of my hood. It was 6:00pm, my 3 year old daughter was in the back seat and my 6 year old son was waiting to be picked up at aftercare. Woodie's was right in front of me when my engine hit Florida summer temps- so it was by chance that I ended up there. But I am SOOOOOO glad that I did. The second I walked in- frazzled, stressed, overwhelmed- I was greeted with 2 genuine smile clad "hello's" from Kevin Box and Brian (sorry I don't know your last name Brian, I didn't take your card). Kevin was at the desk closest to me, so I flopped my stuff down and began to unload the tale of my car being on or close to on fire. Kevin was very patient, and walked me right outside to help get my carseat out. He took a quick look at the car and let me know they would get it in as soon as possible and get me answers. Once inside, he gave my now impatient daughter a banana- which allowed us all to dodge a tantrum. They way both he and Brian talked to me and my little girl was kind and calming. They even offered me a ride with Buddy (another AWESOME member of the Woodie's team) in the concierge van so I could get my son in time (nicest man EVER, my daughter is still asking when we can go drive with him again). The next morning I received a call from Kevin going over everything they found and what it was going to cost. This was by FAR my favorite part of this experience. He took the time to break things down for me when I asked, and in a way I (a self admitted non-car-language speaker) could completely understand. He gave me options of things that I needed to do for my immediate situation as well as some things I could do then, but could spread out to my next maintenance appointment if I needed to. A few hours later- my car was ready and I was back to pick it up. Kevin once again took care of me, finalizing the paperwork and getting me financing (because let's get serious- this is now my place to go for all things car related). Overall, what started as a disaster was made completely bearable because of an amazing crew! TLDR: This place is amazing. Kevin, Brian and Buddy are amazing. I'll never take my car anywhere else!

I had the best experience at Woodie's. I was in town for less than 48 hours and needed an inspection, however, the shop was fully booked on Saturday. Despite that, Bobby let me drop my car off and made time for it. Not everywhere would do that! I really appreciated how they helped me out and how kind everyone was. Great experience. I would highly promote this autoshop to anyone!
