Went to have an issue checked out today and was impressed. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and they seem – gasp – honest. The other reviews are spot-on. They were kind enough to tell me my car was fine (and not charge me), so I won't hesitate to take my car back when it's time to fork over money.

Woodies comes through once again for me! After not being able to get into the Subaru dealership, they were able to get me in this morning at 7am for my oil change and tire rotation. The staff is always pleasant and very courteous. Above all else, they are very thorough and HONEST. Honesty is a trait that's hard to come by in the auto care industry. They are light years ahead of the competition. All of my vehicles come here and I can't recommend this location enough! I'm sure the class of service is consistent throughout their different locations. Don't even think about going any where else. A++++ Thank you guys!

Stopped by the other day to see how busy they were and if they could squeeze me in for an oil change. They were jammed up so I tried back later. They were still very busy but the very friendly mechanic who was manning the front desk went and did it himself. I have not gone to Woodie's for any major repairs but the staff was very friendly and helpful, would recommend for at least basic maintenance.

I get all my vehicle service work done at Woodies. Ken Snyder always goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done right. You can depend on Woodies on Ashley Road not to sell you something you don't need and to treat you right. I recommend them to everyone.

Great guys with good service. Took my Jeep there because the rear CCV/Breather tube were covered in oil residue--they were honest about the repair and worked with me on the parts needed. Great customer service & communication. I'll be back & trust them with my car.

Recently needed some service done and really am nervous when it comes to auto shops. My biggest pet peeve is I don't want to be charged for something if it isn't broke. You know the old adage "if it isn't broke, don't fix it". Woodie's is great in this area, they only do what you need done and at a reasonable price. They have multiple locations throughout Charlotte but this one in particular is great for those that live uptown or work uptown. Drop your car off in the morning and walk back in the evening to pick it up. No worries here!
