Nice, new, top class facility. Hidden next to Publix in Huntersville, they offer a dealership experience but without the wait and hassle. They service all makes and models, the staff is very friendly when you come in, they've never tried to sell me anything I didn't ask for. We have had my wife's Mazda and my Hyundai serviced and inspected here. Prices are middle of the road, I would say they are competitive with dealerships but not bargain basement service stations. I love locally owned businesses, they've been around since their first location off of Queens and continue to grow for a reason.

Best honest service!! I used to take my car to a mechanic I knew for a long time, but after they closed shop, I took it to Woodies uptown and Patrick took really good care of it. My car is a 1995 Saturn so it has specific needs. Very polite, very honest, and good prices.

Came to the Charlottetown location thinking my ignition switch was going bad. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with it, was just the result of the steering wheel being a locked. Being a female and all, I do not know the first thing about car repairs and could've easily been swindled to make a payment for something that wasn't broken. However, they were honest with me and it was so nice feeling like I could trust them and not be taken advantage of. Steve was incredible! I was SO impressed by his honesty and the outstanding customer service provided. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Especially to those (like myself) who often worry whenever a car repair is needed, you may get taken advantage of due to not knowing the first thing about cars. You can really TRUST these guys, which is the most important thing. And as an bonus, the shuttle service ROCKS!

Had a tire blow out over the weekend. (Note: if a dealer ever tries to tell you that you don't need a spare tire when you buy a new car, they're wrong.) Got a new one but needed it mounted on the wheel. Woodie's took care of it in minutes. Great customer service!

Woodie's always does a good job on the work that they perform, but this last time, I was disappointed to find that the mechanic left greasy finger/handprints on the inside of my car door, steering wheel and seat. I understand that things can happen and it's a dirty job, but a manager needs to look the car over before its given back to the owner. I may look elsewhere next time.

They fit me in for a same day appointment to get my car inspected. They were prompt and courteous.

Woodie's is outstanding. The quality of their work is excellent, and their customer service is second to none - friendly, flexible, honest and trustworthy. Last month I took my car in for a basic checkup before going out of town and they noticed and promptly fixed a problem which probably would have stranded me in a remote area. They genuinely care about doing a great job. We've taken our cars to them for about 25 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
