As a single woman I have had a number of auto repair shops take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Woodies has always been upfront in explaining the why's, what's, and when's. They are helpful without being condescending. Their waiting room is wonderful - clean, comfortable, well-appointed, a wide range of magazines, and great coffee choices. I don't mind waiting at all! I moved to Huntersville but refuse to give up Woodies. I just drove 20 miles to bring my car to them -- well worth the drive.

My wife's car was making a strange noise from one of the brakes, these guys had it fixed in a jiffy and were very reasonably priced. Thanks!

They came and picked up my car from where I work across the street. Did an oil change and had my wipers replaced; topped my fluids off; and let me know about a roofing nail I had in a tire. Everyone was friendly and the facilities were nice.
