My engine light started flashing and they worked in quickly regardless of their already booked schedules. I had several car repairs needed on my older VW. They were clear and effective in their communication and explained clearly what each repair cost would be and why. They were also extremely prompt and effective in getting the repair done. Less than a 24 hour turn around time! No one likes paying for car repairs, but I don't think you could find a better or more convenient place in Charlotte.

Fast and friendly service , I needed an air conditioning diagnosis. They had to get a part from Greensboro, on a Saturday, and had a North Carolina inspection and oil change all in same day They dropped me off and picked me up. Thanks Woodie's
