I dropped it off at 11:00, ran some errands, got lunch, picked it up at 2:00, Done. Good work, at a fair price.

When I get an oil change, if you find that the brake fluid is a few ounces low, please top it off. ,,, the way they do at many of the instant oil change services, that are cheaper. Do not mark it down that the brake fluid is low and raise my concerns, and give it back to me with low brake fluid.

My husband and I are consistently impressed with the service at Joe’s. From the warm welcome you receive from Hank to the quality and efficiency of their repairs this is all around a great experience when most trips to the mechanic are intimidating. We recommend Joe’s to everyone we know.

State Inspection & oil change for my wife's car, about an hour and 1/2...but I was in no hurry...enjoyed a coke & a muffin while waiting.

Amazing timing!! Very friendly staff!!! Very decent prices on items that you may need to get during an inspection!!! Sure, I could have gone waaaaay somewhere else, but why when WOODIE'S is closer to my home!!!!!

These guys rock!!!! My wife was on a tight schedule last Friday afternoon trying to get out of town to Statesville, due to her mother having passed away the day before. After getting in her car to go, she was unable to get it started, due to a dead battery....after jumping the car off, I was to able to drive to Woodies on Carmel Rd. Having explained my dilemma to Alex at the front desk, he went back to speak to a technician and come back and said he would have it ready in 20 minutes, which I have to admit, I was a little skeptical, since they seemed very busy. After settling into a comfortable chair in their lounge, expecting to wait at least an hour, Alex came in after only 15 minutes and told me the car was ready to go. After texting my wife to let her know I was heading back home, her response was WOW!!!! Thank you Alex & the team at Woodies for going out of your way to accommodate us and making our day a little brighter during a difficult time. Your professionalism is greatly appreciated, Robby Ray

These people get the job done quickly, efficiently and honestly. I took my truck in to have the inspection done. I straight up told them I had an issue with my truck horn (which I wasn't really sure I just didn't want to fool with it and was willing to pay to have it fixed) - these guys called me and were honest about it being something simple and didn't charge me anything on a line item to even look into it + they picked me up from home to get the vehicle. Super nice southern gentleman mechanic shop - the honest part is a BIG deal to us! Thank you guys!!
