I was actually at the service station next door getting my car inspected. They were really friendly and got me in and out quickly.

We were purchasing a used car at a dealership in the Charleston area, and we had Joe's Garage give us a second opinion. The manager of Joe's agreed to pick up the car from the dealership in North Charleston at a certain time (which the dealership was anxious that they followed through with, thus not imperiling the sale). Joe's Garage performed a thorough inspection, including numerous photos and explanation, and providing sufficient detail to give us confidence about the vehicle purchase, yet alerting us to some minor (though of some significant expense) work that needed to be accomplished, which the dealer then agreed to perform for the original price. I have always taken vehicles to a second shop for review before purchasing them from a dealer, but had never before used Joe's. I won't go anywhere else next time. Thanks for your careful work!

The staff at Woody's was amazing and provided me with excellent service. They made everything very easy, provided me with updates and a ride back to my place and one back to pick up my car. Their rates were comparable and they checked back with me a week after to make sure the repairs were holding up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new auto repair shop.
