I have taken my car to get serviced here several times,with only one positive experience. This time, I set up an appointment at 9 am in order to get in and out quickly so I can run errands. Fast forward 2 and half hours, they still have yet to see my car. Another 4 hours later they finally call to explain what they fixed. I get in the car and find out they haven't fixed a headlight I asked to be fixed. They call me back, explain that it worked, however I was looking right at it and it was in fact out. This was the last time I will take my vehicle there.
Hello Andrew, Sorry for your bad experience. We try to do our very best for our customers and make things right which is why we called you back and offered to fix your headlight at no charge. Obviously you had an electrical issue that was not presenting itself at the time. Thanks, Danny
