I've been a customer of the Woodies at Morehead and McDowell twice now. Both times they had excellent communication, quick service, and no follow up issues. Very professional.

Being new to the area, we needed to find an auto shop & I drive past here every day now. Called with what I thought was a small issue and ended up being way more than expected. Being a woman, some try to outsell what is needed to make more money but they went over everything with me step by step, explaining in detail what each thing was, the cost and outcome. They even found an issue with a part that had been replaced elsewhere - good thing it was under warranty. Very friendly staff - they know there stuff and super easy to work with. Even have a courtesy driver if needed to drop you off or pick you up.

I will absolutely bring my vehicle here. Begin an employee of CPCC this body shop is very convenient for drop off and pick up. They were courteous and pleasant upon my arrival. I actually called another location and was referred to this location closer to me and they representative forwarded my information and appointment over. So all I had to do was show up on time the next day. They advised me that the services would only take a few hours and they were exact about that. I would go to them again.

I've been taking my vehicles to Woodie's for as long as I have been driving and they have never once let me down or provided less than exceptional service. All of the technicians I have interacted with are extremely personable as well as deeply knowledgeable in their jobs. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I had been putting off getting a tire fixed with a slow leak. My reason for this is that I have had very bad experiences involving my cars. It can be challenging for women when the men treat us like we don't understand what is going on and try to take advantage of the situation. From the time I stepped in the door I felt comfortable and was treated respectfully and everyone in the waiting room was treated the same. They quickly and efficiently fixed the issue. They will be my new go to for anything car! Ladies, this is your place!
