Didn't get a status phone call like I expected. My phone message went unanswered. I went to the shop to find out what was going on.

Repairs needed included air conditioning coolant leak, oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment, replace windshield wipers & new battery on 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. All work was done in one day and I feel that it was done professionally and as cost efficiently as possible. Managerial staff was excellent and free shuttle to/from home made it an easy day. I just moved to Indian Land last month from Virginia. Glad to find a reputable auto repair shop that I can use in the future.

I was impressed by the knowledge and capabilities of the Ballantyne shop and the manager Kevin Box. This will be my "go to" repair center from now on.

I came in from out of town to check on my daughter’s car as it was making a bad sound when brake pedal was applied. I passed Woodies on my way downtown and thought I would stop there. Spoke with Rodney and he got me a timely estimate and got me out in decent time.

The service advisor was professional and seemed to be trustworthy. I just had them plug a tire and change a break light but I would go back for other service needs.

Excellent expertise service! Honest and very reliable....fantastic staff...been my...Only... auto service center for 30 plus years...
