This place continually rips people off. An inspection should be 30$ It even says so at the bottom of the receipt. However, they feel like 40$ is suitable. When questioned, they replied the extra 10$ is for tint inspection. Last year, the same car and tint was 30$. The difference this year was explained away as"all the places are doing it". What kind of reasoning is that? I feel like they treat women like idiots and hope we don't notice the extra charges.

Appreciate the friendly service. Rick did everything right. He kept me up to date; the repair was professional and earlier time frame than expected.

I was in Charlotte for work. Spent Sunday night and Monday was a work day. On the way to breakfast my heater coil went out (expensive). Called Uber got a ride to the meeting after back to my broken car. Found Woodies here and limped there. I was forced to leave my car rent one to get home. But the way Woodie's treated me I left there knowing I was not going to be taken advantage of. If I lived in Charlotte they would be my mechanics. I knew what to expect price wise and they called when the car was almost fixed just to let me know when I should drive back to pick it up. Yes it was an expensive day, car rental 2 days and new heat coil but all and all those guys at Woodies Auto Service are top notch.

I've been here a few times and have had nothing but positive experiences! These guys are REAL and do great, quality work. I had stuck with a friend of mine for years that owns a shade-tree shop because I couldn't afford a certified mechanic. That, of course, leads to problems because they don't find problems, don't know how fix all of the problems OR they make the problem a BIGGER problem! My boyfriend recommended Woodie's to me, as he uses them, and they were the mostly fairly priced, certified repair garage. Their prices are VERY comparable, if not identical, to what I was paying for shade-tree work. They definitely put the customer first and rides (when you have to leave your car there) are definitely another way of showing their appreciation!

Staff was very courteous. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain in depth the repairs needed. I need to depend that my car will not break down on me. I can't really speak to pricing because I don't shop around. I trust them to honestly take care of my car.

I actually checked up on Woodies and everything they told me about what was the matter with my car, and the services needed were all verifiable. Also they brought the old parts out for me to look at. They don’t do anything to your car without your permission and they explain it very honestly and openly.

The guys here are ALWAYS nice and helpful. Dustin took care of me tonight when I showed up minutes before they closed with a couple flat tires. He willingly stayed to assist me at no charge. That is true customer service! Thank you Dustin!
