Took both vehicles for state inspection. Appointments were quick, service associates were very nice. I was worried about having a lot of unnecessary work recommended but I shouldn’t have been- super professional. Very pleased. Waiting room is closed but they told me on the phone when I made the appointment so I was prepared.

I had a flat tire last week, and right from the beginning, the staff at Woody's (in particular, Miles, who I worked with directly) were extremely accommodating, professional and kind. Excellent customer service and a great group of people who got me back on the road with minimal effort on my part. I will definitely be a repeat customer, but hopefully not due to another flat tire!

Tom and the team are prompt, professional, and accommodating. The office is small and yet, they have plexiglass and single-use pens in order to safeguard the health of customers. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone looking for cost-effective quality service.

I was so impressed with my experience at Woodie’s on Charlottetown Ave. I had unexpected car trouble and they were able to get me in at 7am the very next morning, order and pick up the tire my vehicle needed, replace my tire and rotate tires all in a half days work. I didn’t feel pressured with upsells or unnecessary maintenance like I have at other shops in the past. Pricing was fair and reasonable. What stood out most to me was their kindness and the time they took to schedule my appt and explain the services to me during what was quite a stressful day. I’d go back for the quality of service and politeness alone.
