I only have the best things to say about Woodie's. My car broke down on the side of the road. At the time I had my 3 small children (ages 5, 2 and 5months) in the car with me and, needless to say, I was overwhelmed. The car needed to be towed in. The staff at Woodies offered the highest level of professionalism and genuine personal concern. They responded quickly-immediately receiving my car to rectify the issue and maintained great communication throughout the process. I have to give special thanks to Carl. Carl, Thank you so much for helping me, being kind, keeping me informed and keeping me smiling when I was on the brinks of tears! You all rock!!!! #super satisfied customer💚

Patrick and Jeff we're awesome. However, my 2 wheels that had tire installed now have curb rash and if the machine was improperly used or the test drive didn't go well. None the less, I had to remove my plastidip and it was torn off at the top and around both wheels. Definitely not happy about that. Its hard enough having a black car with black wheels as it is. Not front of house issues. But thoroughly passed about my wheels all jokes aside.

I live 1 hour and 45 minutes from this location and was heading back home when my truck "died". Luckily I was right near this Woodies location! They were extremely nice and very professional. While they were business with other customers and it was late in the day, they devote direct attention to my problem and worked with me on what I should do. Turns out, there was nothing major wrong and only charged me for a diagnostics. Very stand up if you ask me. They could have easily taken me to the cleaners and they did not. Thank you Woodies!!
