Patrick and Jeff we're awesome. However, my 2 wheels that had tire installed now have curb rash and if the machine was improperly used or the test drive didn't go well. None the less, I had to remove my plastidip and it was torn off at the top and around both wheels. Definitely not happy about that. Its hard enough having a black car with black wheels as it is. Not front of house issues. But thoroughly passed about my wheels all jokes aside.

I live 1 hour and 45 minutes from this location and was heading back home when my truck "died". Luckily I was right near this Woodies location! They were extremely nice and very professional. While they were business with other customers and it was late in the day, they devote direct attention to my problem and worked with me on what I should do. Turns out, there was nothing major wrong and only charged me for a diagnostics. Very stand up if you ask me. They could have easily taken me to the cleaners and they did not. Thank you Woodies!!

My family has been Woodies customers for 6 years at the Woodies McDowell location, off of Morehead. We are Total Woodies- on McDowell fans!! Tom and Bobby and their amazing crew have consistently given us fabulous quality service at a reasonable price. What I appreciate the most is that they are as candid and trustworthy as my favorite friend/family. Tom and Bobby have also told me things that most shops wouldn't try to tell a customer. Hey, do what you want but It isn't time yet to buy those new tires yet and If you do buy that sexy car model, its going to cost you at least 50% or more to maintain.
