Friendly and fast family style service!

We were excited when Woodies opened in Mint Hill. I took our car for replacement of a set of tires. Brian took care of ordering the tires then Zach took over when I brought the car. Everyone is so nice, courteous, friendly and very professional. Thumbs up too to Andrew and to the pretty lady (I regret I didn’t get her name) for the shuttle service. The whole place is clean and orderly. Nice waiting room. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Thank you guys for an excellent service!

I only have the best things to say about Woodie's. My car broke down on the side of the road. At the time I had my 3 small children (ages 5, 2 and 5months) in the car with me and, needless to say, I was overwhelmed. The car needed to be towed in. The staff at Woodies offered the highest level of professionalism and genuine personal concern. They responded quickly-immediately receiving my car to rectify the issue and maintained great communication throughout the process. I have to give special thanks to Carl. Carl, Thank you so much for helping me, being kind, keeping me informed and keeping me smiling when I was on the brinks of tears! You all rock!!!! #super satisfied customer💚
