I’m new in town and have been in the automotive repair business since 1994. I called to set an appointment and Mark answered and set the appointment. Mark was very professional through the whole process from beginning to the end. Being in the business and previous owner of a shop that made me smile and a happy customer. Woodies is lucky to have Mark on the team. I have 3 vehicles and will be back with the other 2. Thank you Mark.

Customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure that they replace my passenger mirror in time enough for me not to get back to work before my lunch hour was over

Inspection was quick! In and out!!

store lost my keys for 3 days, not notified, power outage that prevented repair from taking place not notified, compressor breakdown the added 3 days to repaired not notified repair took 10 days, very unprofessional!

Although I felt the labor charge was too expensive for the amount of work done (changing a battery), the level of professionalism was stellar.
