Took my 2011 Avalon in to Woodie's in Indian land, SC on September 8, 2020. Their manager, Duane Hutcheson, review my car needs and exceeded 100% of them. Top employees, top service, and most of all very professional. I have told my neighbors in Sun City Carolina Lakes that this is a business you can trust.

I cant remember the service man name who worked with me. But he was awesome!!. I went in for a oil change and did to buy a new battery. The service man took the time to explain the issue with my old battery. Definitely, need more service man like him. He provided exceptionally customer service. Im a returning customer and will continue to be.

Woodies is like a hard to find diamond. Over the past 5 years or so I had tried to make a conscience effort to try Woodies because they are a locally owned auto service center, but just kept forgetting to do it. I woke up to a flat tire on my truck and it couldn't hold air to make a cross town trip. My wife reminded me about Woodies. I called, they returned my voice message and between the superior customer service and professional mechanical service, they have won a life long customer in me. Karl, in customer service, was a hoot to interact with while I waited for my tire to be repaired. He offered me very reasonable routine estimates for oil changes, coolant flushes, brake line flushes, etc. that were VERY competitive. Did I mention that they are locally independent owned and operated? That is a huge plus in my book. Again, they have won me over as my vehicle repair center.
