Exceptional customer service and holistic care of the car. I am so appreciative of the work they did!! Best place I’ve been in Charlotte by far. Sean was our tech and was so great.

Good shop with speedy service especially when many shops are to busy or overbooked. They took the time to help out my father who had a old 1972 vehicle that had some issues they honored a warrantee on a previous repair and didn’t charge us to inspect the vehicle to find what was a new problem not the previous repair. This shop didn’t charge for the inspection in order to find the new similar problem which was the right thing to do. Most shops may have wanted to charge the half hour fee but these guys honored their work and called it good will for a loyal customer which is a great thing to see these days.

This Woodies team is exceptional. From the early days of fixing an electrical issue, to patching my tire for free, to correcting a a slight noise in the cabin after an oil change. Bobby, Sean, Russ and others deserve raises, as you can trust that your interests will be considered and valued. For integrity will keep customers coming back and that is what you can expect from these gentleman at the McDowell location. God Bless you all

Went to Woodies twice. I think they are going to be my Auto service from now on. So far so good!

When I left to do errands I had next to no air pressure in one of my tires. I went to Woody's hoping they could help but without an appointment on a Saturday I doubted it. I was pleasantly surprised when they got me in, checked my tire, found a nail and said they'd fix it right away. My husband is handicapped and was with me so I was very grateful. My oil change was coming due and when I asked he said he'd take care of it right away. So they did that too. We are new to NC and this is my first experience with auto issues. I'm so glad I tried Woody's. They will be my go to place for all auto issues. Very pleased.

This was my 4th or 5th time using the Woodie's Indian Land, SC located on Charlotte Highway (521). All seemed to be the same as my last visits with three exceptions. First, it appeared to me that here was an entire new team of front desk staff. Not a problem as I was promptly met with the same friendly greeting as usual. Second, I pointed out to the young man (I believe his name was Eric), taking in my vehicle, to be sure to apply the military service discount (10%). While he acknowledged that he would be sure to do so he never adjusted my bill costing me an additional $8.00. Third, it seems that they have with done away with providing 'waiting' customers a variety of snacks. The free coffee remains.
