Mallard Crossing
I took my car in for a 60K service visit, which was fine except for the fact that they charged me for an inspection but didn't do the work, which I found out when I tried to renew. Not a big deal, and they offered to do the work at my convenience. I brought the car in at the scheduled day/time; I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes and noticed my car was still in the parking lot (they said they would turn it around in 30 minutes). When I went to the front counter, they said the mechanic who did the original work had to be the one to do the inspection, and he wasn't in that day. I think they did good work on my car, but the fact that they wasted my time like that means I'll be taking my business elsewhere. They get five stars for the work they did, one star for screwing me over.
Dear Brett, we're sorry for falling short of expectations with the inspection scheduling. We understand your frustration, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. We appreciate your positive feedback on the car service. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
