I got a flat late last night and went by the shop this morning to try to get it fixed without an appointment. Bryan helped us and let us know they have been short staffed and are backed up. He heard us out that we were going out of town this evening and he and the guys working got us in an got the tire replaced. Cannot thank Bryan and co. enough for helping us.

The absolute best place to get something done when you are in a time crunch! Heather was so extremely helpful in figuring out my car problem and was able to accommodate my immediate need. I would definitely recommend Swifts garage to anyone in the Charleston area!

Been going to Mallard Crossing for about 2 years and feel as though they have always treated me right. Service does take a while but if you live nearby they have a shuttle that can drop you off and pick you up afterwards. So it's convenient for me. I'm always skeptical of mechanics and their prices but honestly I feel like you get what you pay for here. Which is good service. They also keep me informed on areas of concern that may need attention down the line but never push hard to upsell. Great for someone trying to keep your vehicle tip top and plan ahead for bigger maintenance items. End if the day they are convenient for me and my car always seems to be running better after I pick it up.

Pulled up to get my tire fixed and the mechanic rolled his eyes at me.. well if I'm that big of a problem I'll take my business elsewhere.

They saved me $7500. I got a second opinion from woodies and all I needed was a new battery, not a complete steering system on my Land Rover. Thank you!
