If you ever have a chance to use Woodies Auto Service and Repair you'd better snag it. What an experience! They were very professional, very prompt, very courteous, and with my experience, very gracious. Thoroughly went over the car. They sent me a text with a link that showed me exactly what they had inspected, went over the inspection, and then because the customer had been coming to them for many years, didn't charge me for the inspection. With the customers permission, gave me a copy of all the past history of all of the services that had been performed on the car. Excellent customer service. If you're not going to Woodies Auto Service and Repair you're just plain missing out. They have many locations in the North Carolina area. Absolutely no complaints here! From my initial call to schedule an appointment to checking out after completion of my car inspection, I would give them a 5-star rating!

Matt and Jeff were so helpful and as senior citizen and native of Charlotte I have been to a lot of shops. My 2005 Subaru Baja has 197,000 miles and the repairs were great. I will not use any other repair shop except Woodies.

Brought our car in because a nail was in the tire. We were informed that the tire couldn't be saved, but they could order one for us right away. They did just that and within a few hours we had brand new tire. Glad that they were able to get us a tire and install all in the same day. Usually there's a wait of a few days. We appreciate Woodie's getting that done for us quickly.

They were absolutely wonderful! From my initial call, to drop off and pick up, I was amazed by how friendly and helpful everyone was. Customer service at its finest!

My boyfriend had used this location of Woody’s after getting many incorrect answers on his car’s condition and they gave him excellent service. They helped fixed a structural issue that many other mechanics wouldn’t so I held them in high regards. I went to them for an oil change and an inspection, and a possible brake change. The individual at the front desk was perfectly lovely and helpful. They called to confirm that I would need a brake change and offered a coolant-flush service that I declined. They said they would top off my coolant, inspect my vehicle, change the oil, and change my brakes. Turns out they did not perform my inspection after paying for the service, which I had to come back and wait over an hour for the inspection after already leaving my car for a full day with a guarantee that the work was done and I was the one to find this flaw. I later heard a strange noise coming from my engine bay that led me to discover they also did not top off my coolant. I was concerned about whether or not they even changed my oil (as they did not give me a reminder sticker of when my oil needs to be changed next) or replaced my brakes, because they did not perform half the services they said they would, and they still have not returned my calls expressing these concerns. I know they are capable of excellent service and I do not know if these errors occurred due to new staffing, but I am disappointed that they overlooked so many services that were paid for and expected to be completed. If you choose this location, make sure to double check their work before you leave.
