I have taken all 3 of my vehicles to Woody's over time. Most recently, they replaced my son's brake pads, calipers, rotors, and brake fluid. Plus did an inspection. Best of all, they came in under their estimate. Love this shop!

Called for an estimate for something I knew the price range for and they were by far the most expensive and unreasonably priced. I get inflation is a real thing but to over charge customers hundreds of more dollars for simple mechanics is cringy and disgusting

Very poor values. They take advantage of the elderly. The interaction started by stating that it was a policy to put the vehicle on a lift to check the blinkers, which anybody that knows anything will know this is bull s*%t. I find it absolutely ridiculous that this day and age a company can take advantage of our elderly. To summit up, they poorly diagnosed the vehicle in overcharge her for things that the vehicle did not need. We will definitely be filing a claim with the BBB.

Took advantage of my Meemaw who went in for a blinker bulb and they grossly overcharged an innocent sweet old lady! If I could give zero stars I would!

Take advantage of the elderly. My grandmother went there for service, after talking to her about the services and pricing paid I shopped it with the dealer and every other local shop and they charged her more than double. My grandmother is on a fixed income and with todays inflation these senior citizens can barely afford to scrape by, but when you have these companies scamming them it's impossible to survive. Thanks for taking advantage of the elderly. Very sad.
