Very worst service . Excessive bill. My car overheated due to radiator hose got broken. So taken to that workshop . For inspection alone they charged alone 160$ by seeing the car itself we can see broken hose what else is required. The car parts doesn’t cost more than 150$ but altogether they charged 950$ . Greedy people for small work charging a lot.Don’t go to their store.

This Woodies in Huntersville probably has the cleanest shop I have ever seen. Ian did a great job with my inspection.

My Audi Q5 had Flashing Engine light and shaking engine. Towed to Woodies Carmel Road, diagnosed the issues on a Monday morning, had car back Monday afternoon. Running smoothly afterwards. Prompt and reliable.

I had an appointment at the Matthews location and was greeted promptly. The routine maintenance was performed quickly and included 28 point inspection. There was no pressure to do additional or unnecessary work. It is a clean, busy, professional operation with reasonable prices. This was my first visit and I'll be back.

Woodies has been great to use! We took our 2015 Ford escape to them months ago because I thought I needed to get a car inspection done after moving states but they informed me that it didn’t need it. During that visit they still did a full run through of my car and gave me a diagnosis but didn’t charge me a dime. We returned back to them when our vehicle needed repairs and they were so thorough and kind with phone calls to explain everything to us and give us the cost of repairs. The cost they quoted us was exactly what we paid. Our car is running great and we will definitely continue using woodies for all our vehicles.
