Mallard Crossing
Slow service. Yesterday I made two appointments to get two vehicles inspected one hour apart as I live one mile away from this location. I was told they would take about 30 minutes or less. I arrived on time this morning with the first vehicle at 11:00 and was told by the service writer it would be about 25 minutes. At 11:20 the car hadn't been moved into the shop. Sometime shortly after the car was moved. At 11:50 I inquired when it might be finished. Zach nt to the back and said they needed about 15 more minutes. 12:10 the car was still not ready. At 12:15 he said they were all done. I paid and got my receipt and Zach told me the car would be brought right up. That was at 12:18 Then I went outside and waited for 10 minutes for the car and went inside and Zach went to check on the car. Looking at the reviews with an average of 4.1 most are 5stars and a lot of 1 stars with a few 2s, 3s and 4s. 90 minutes for an inspection is not acceptable. I asked Zach if this was typical and he said yes. I asked if I brought the second vehicle right back in less than 5 minutes was it going to be another 90 wait. He said quite possibly. And the attitude I perceive is "oh well, it is what it is", not apology our attempt to explain the delay.
