Eagle was very professional and timely helping me resolve an A/C issue with my truck. Tim was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and solution well. Would recommend and return for future service needs.

Shop said I had a oil leak, but when I went to check the leak oil was mishandled and spilled all over the drip pan and the drain plug was not tightened correctly. This “leak” was just them not taking care of the vehicle correctly and telling me misinformation.

If you have a screw in your tire, don’t take it here unless you want another screw in you! $120 IN ADDITION to a $428 tire to fix it. Other shops are 1/3 this price for changing a tire. Consider another place if you can.

I went into Woodie’s the uptown location for its great reviews but then they mentioned how there’s a location close to me so we decided to go to this Woodies location. I wish I had read the reviews for this location before I left my car here. They charged us so much money, which I’m okay with if my car is all fixed. But a few days later after we get our car back there was this really bad noise coming from the wheel so we had to tow the car and after they got a look at it they said a screw was gone and it must have gotten “unscrewed” by itself. I really didn’t understand how a screw could unscrew itself. They said how they never worked in that area but I know they performed a diagnostic before, I’m 100% sure it was them. It hasn’t even been a month since we got our a/c fixed and now it’s not blowing out cold air like it used to. We just are spending too many days getting our car “fixed” here and this is my primary vehicle. I’m so frustrated with the customer service and just overall disappointed with their service. I just want to be done with them and never go back.

Took my car in for an oil change and during their inspection Woodies found 2 broken motor mounts. Prior to this I suspected something was wrong but could not find it. Thank You that noise and problem is now gone. Great job
