Absolutely genuine and HONEST service. I came to Woodie's for the first time after reading wonderful reviews online and I can tell you it is true. I went to the Jeep dealer for my jeep to have an oil change and was told I had a VERY VERY bad leak in my power steering rack and I could not get an alignment until that was taken care of, with a quote of $2,000. To me, it did not sound right as the car is only a few years old. So, I visited Woodie's for a second opinion and they checked it out for 3 hours and could not find a leak or anything that matched what the Jeep dealer said. Rodney and his team were humble, easy to talk to, and happy to help me with genuine honesty. They also did not charge me for the 3 hours of investigative service they did to try and find the leak, which was so thoughtful and generous. If you need to have your car serviced, visit them today. They were a life saver!!! Not even 20 minutes into my 17 and a 1/2 hour move, my car broke down. My car was completely packed with all of my belongings in order to move to Texas. I was a few minutes from the Ashley Rd location and was able to make it there. They did not have time to fit me in that day, however, they called the Tryon St location who confirmed a same day appointment for me. Turns out my throttle body was broken and needed replaced. 3 1/2 hours later I was back on the road and my car made it the 17 hours to Texas without another problem! My move would not have been possible without Woodie's!
