My family has been Woodies customers for 6 years at the Woodies McDowell location, off of Morehead. We are Total Woodies- on McDowell fans!! Tom and Bobby and their amazing crew have consistently given us fabulous quality service at a reasonable price. What I appreciate the most is that they are as candid and trustworthy as my favorite friend/family. Tom and Bobby have also told me things that most shops wouldn't try to tell a customer. Hey, do what you want but It isn't time yet to buy those new tires yet and If you do buy that sexy car model, its going to cost you at least 50% or more to maintain.

Tom and the team are prompt, professional, and accommodating. The office is small and yet, they have plexiglass and single-use pens in order to safeguard the health of customers. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone looking for cost-effective quality service.

Had an inspection & oil change. Experience was great and I'll definitely start going to Woodies in the future. I thought it was a good value and definitely recommend.

Tom and the team at Woodies really saved me! I dropped my car off late at night mid road trip with a tire going flat and they fixed it first thing when they opened Saturday morning. There was no waiting and they were so nice and communicative. Very thankful!

Had a flat tire while at Dentist. Pumped it up enough to get to them and they repaired within 20 minutes.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Bobby has been more than helpful with getting my Honda fixed. Typically I feel like auto repair shops take advantage of people but this was not the case. I will always come back here and recommend to anyone!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The staff at Woodie’s is truly incredible. Kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The prices are fair and they do a great job. Also, they have a shuttle service which is helpful for those unable to wait for their car. I’ve been looking for a shop in Charlotte like this and I am so grateful I have found it.
