Fantastic auto service experience. These are the best guys in the business. I’m obviously a tad biased, but I truly believe that every single one of the guys and gals at Woodies has their customers’ best interest at heart. On top of that, I can tell that they take pride in their work and love seeing customers walk out satisfied, with smiling faces. That was me last week at the Indian Land location. Friendly staff, and great customer service. They let me look at the components of my Jeep they were fixing, and showed me why they were in need of repair, and explained why they needed to be repaired.

Quality service, good people - yet on the high side/price.

Great service. I will be back. Got in fast and they showed me the lounge. Soon another service rep did not here the TV playing so he came in and offered to turn it on for me. CW1 was my service person and was very good. I started to read a magazine and in came CW and said I was done. I'll be back. John Shreve

Quoted the exact price that I was charged. They did a 28 pt inspection and made sure the (new to me) car that I purchased was safe and advised what repairs were needed and what ones could wait. The shuttle service to and from work was also a game changer.
