WOODIES FOREVER If you’re like me, you probably dread the thought of buying a new car or having that car serviced at the dealership. By the grace of God I’m still driving a 2006 Honda CRV, one of the best cars I’ve ever had the pleasure of owning, and I have it serviced regularly. However, when I take it to the dealership where I originally bought it, I often feel like I’m being taken advantage of for parts and services that I may not really need. That came to an end today. I went to Woody’s on Carolina Hwy on 521 in Indian land, South Carolina. It was the best client experience I have ever had for any car that I have owned. The staff was incredibly nice, and very informative, and told me what I did need and what I did not need. I highly recommend them. And if you decide to wait for your car, in the back they have a very nice waiting area with a host of complementary drinks and snacks. It really can’t be a better experience.

I went to Woodies to get new tires and an alignment. I was so impressed with their customer service and the repairs. Prices were good, so I caught a ride home with their driver, and he came and picked me up when it was done. I definitely will be using Woodies for my auto work. They have a great team working there!

First time visit to Woodies. The service was great. Very friendly, professional, and prompt. All needed repairs were explained and options given. Duane was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased. Will return and continue to have my car serviced at Woodies. Highly recommended.

Recently moved to the area and checked out several repair shops for my BMW and Ram 1500. The staff is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They are willing to discuss repair options with the customer. I always research my car problems on line prior to taking it to the shop so that we can have a meaningfull discussion. Their rates aren’t low, but they probably are lower than a dealer.

I started to use Woodies after I discovered that the place I had been using in Waxhaw, after changing hands several times, was less than honest. I have never been disappointed by Woodies. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Recently, I needed a NC inspection and Doug Emerson at Woodies told me that, if I brought the car to Indian Land, he would take it to their Ballantyne location and have it inspected for me, which he did and very quickly. I really appreciate that kind of service.

Helpful and honest staff make it less painful to visit the mechanic. Work completed in an appropriate amount of time. They also have a complimentary shuttle service (mini van) that will take you home, and pick you up, so you don't have to wait there. When they had my vehicle they called with some optional work and were okay with it when I said no. I did not feel like I was being forced into anything.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They dropped me off at work and picked me up after repairs were completed. The price for repairs was fair/reasonable. No complaints at all! I will definitely return to this location if any of my vehicles need repair or scheduled maintenance/oil changes.
