I’ve heard that finding an honest shop is like finding a needle in a haystack, getting an audience with the Pope and hitting the lottery. All in the same year!! Woodie’s is the needle, the audience and the ticket. Dropped off an 8 year old Murano with 70K miles and said “check it out and do what is necessary.” Basically, a blank check. Came back with “Car’s in great shape. Only needed an oil change.” $50.00. Nuff said.

Miles, Barry and the other gentlemen who work up front are very professional, organized and on time! After being referred to them by another happy customer, I went there to have a tire replaced, tire patched, oil change and inspection done. They are always running on time and communicate thoroughly and honestly. Their pricing was very reasonable and upfront. Their quality of work was outstanding. I will NEVER go to a dealership for service again and receive that super slow, unorganized and dishonest service (Randy Marion Mooresville). Thank you Woodies!

Karl at Woodies was great from first time I walked in the door. The most important part of process was Karl did not push any services on me. I was able to lead the conversation in all I wanted updated on my Wrangler. Karl advised me on every concern on my maintenance mileage log. He knew from our discussion, I did not want a huge bill on my first visit, my Jeep was at over 60000. All went smoothly, I told Karl I was a transfer from Marietta Ga and the jeep dealership in Marietta experience was not even close to Woodies experience. Price on services are reasonable and customer service was great. I told Karl I wish we had found Woodies 10 years ago. We will be taking both Jeeps to Woodies in Huntersville from now on. Any new vehicles will be going to Woodie's, as well. Thanks Karl and Woodies for getting my Wrangler updated- 28 point inspection, transmission flush, tire rotation, and oil change. I was able to get my Wrangler back the same day, as well. Once again, Kudos to Woodies!!!! June 2020 Once again Woodies met and exceeded my expectations. It was a quick turnaround on my oil service, I had my jeep back within several hours. Pick up service is very handy and convenient for customers. We will totally keep using service for both of our vehicles. Made me aware of a leak starting under my jeep, said it was not an emergency now just keep a watch on it. I am planning to get it fixed in next few months.. Totally satisfied with Woodies!!!
