North and South Carolina Auto Repair

I dropped off my car at 8AM for a state inspection. Staff was super friendly and respectful. Even removed my keys from the keychains so they wouldn't get oil on them. My car was ready for pickup at 3:30 PM. Two bits of feedback: - I wish the service prices ranges for general things (oil change, inspection, etc.) was listed on the website. I only paid $30 for my inspection but would be nice to see a price list ahead of time. - The website's automatic scheduling could be improved to show actual available appointment times. I had to wait to be contacted back by the shop to get my appointment. Overall I enjoyed the shop and the service. Will be back for my next inspection!

Incredibly nice people, did a great job with my car. It needed lots of repairs and I could feel a big difference in how it drove after they were finished. (It was much better!) They also were very kind and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or taken advantage of, which as a young woman, I almost always feel that way when walking into an auto shop. Will definitely be going back to them in the future!

Great service and fast diagnostics

I called the Charlottetown Ave location in the morning after realizing I had a flat tire. While they were booked up with appointments for the day (and for the next few days as well), the said they would work me in if I was able to drop off my car for the day. They were able to repair my flat tire and did a vehicle inspection while they had my car, finding out my battery was on its last legs (and likely saving me from being stranded from a dead battery). They service technicians were great; they called to keep me updated on their progress and to confirm repairs before performed. I've heard great reviews on them from others in my neighborhood, and after this experience, they have certainly earned my future business.

Found a large nail in my tire. Drove to Woodies because it is on my way to work. I did not have an appointment but they were kind enough to allow me to leave my car so they could check my tire. Removed the nail free of charge. Super friendly service and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Nice establishment. Professional and clean, made me feel welcomed. I realized the night before I went I had a screw in my tire. Police officer recommended this place since it was 2 miles from my apartment. They open at 7, I was there by 6:50 with office staff. Mechanics came at 7:45 ish. Took a look said that’s an easy fix. Was out the door by 8:20. Only cost $35 to remove screw and patch hole.
