Great service and fast diagnostics

I called the Charlottetown Ave location in the morning after realizing I had a flat tire. While they were booked up with appointments for the day (and for the next few days as well), the said they would work me in if I was able to drop off my car for the day. They were able to repair my flat tire and did a vehicle inspection while they had my car, finding out my battery was on its last legs (and likely saving me from being stranded from a dead battery). They service technicians were great; they called to keep me updated on their progress and to confirm repairs before performed. I've heard great reviews on them from others in my neighborhood, and after this experience, they have certainly earned my future business.

Found a large nail in my tire. Drove to Woodies because it is on my way to work. I did not have an appointment but they were kind enough to allow me to leave my car so they could check my tire. Removed the nail free of charge. Super friendly service and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Nice establishment. Professional and clean, made me feel welcomed. I realized the night before I went I had a screw in my tire. Police officer recommended this place since it was 2 miles from my apartment. They open at 7, I was there by 6:50 with office staff. Mechanics came at 7:45 ish. Took a look said that’s an easy fix. Was out the door by 8:20. Only cost $35 to remove screw and patch hole.

I was treated like my minor repairs were the most important thing to them and it was all done very quickly. They definitely made me want to use them for my future car repair needs.

I need for Google to add an option for a 10 star review for this place! The customer service is absolutely out of this world. Additionally, the representatives are extremely knowledgeable and fair on prices for service. It may be a long time before my normal dealer sees me again!
