The service was great. I loved the link that showed everything they did even the pictures they took. It was very easy to follow and speaking with Brad, he was very pleasant. Also, there was a really nice mechanic at the N Tryon location. It was pouring down rain and my umbrella completely shredded. He let me come in through the service door and gave me some micro fiber towels to dry off and took care of my broken umbrella. I don’t know his name but he had curly hair if that helps.

It took awhile but excellent service, I find a new place to work on my vehicles.

Greatness company! I took my car in and they researched the issue and found that there was a factory recall and let me know instead of trying to fix something else and charging me for it. They even set up a tow from their location to the factory location to be fixed. No charge from them at all. I will be coming back

My brakes went out randomly (and very terrifyingly)as I was driving just around the block from Woodies. I emergency parked where I was and walked to Woodies. I was greeted with kind, prompt attention and they safely brought my car to the shop and had it repaired by the next morning. I am very grateful to them for their thorough, professional and friendly service.

They very courteous even though service was not needed. They went above the norm to diagnose the problem with my auto. This was highly appreciated and unexpected. My sincere thanks and will definitely see them in the near future.
