I went to Woodie’s for an oil change since it would be convenient to work. They recommended an additional $500 worth of services after the $80 oil change. On my way home I noticed a noise coming from my car. Upon further inspection the bottom plate of my car had been zip tied on and had come loose while driving. Went back the next day and they fixed it for free (I should hope so), but didn’t take accountability for using zip ties in the first place. They claimed the car was previously secured with zip ties. If that was the case I certainly would have expected that info when they called me after the service. All around a ridiculous situation that could have been dangerous for me driving home with my young kids. We will not return.

Only go here if you're wealthy: They charge $140 for an oil change. No joke.

Overcharged me 700 dollars to get my water pump replaced and then never changed the thermostat. Had 3 other reputable mechanics confirm the rate was outrageous and that the thermostat should have also been changed because they replaced the water pump and radiator hose. They also told me I needed an oil change when I just had one, and said I needed to replace the oil gasket and spark plugs. The other mechanics told me the spark plugs were fine and I never needed to replace the gasket. The oil change I have no clue why they recommended that maybe they confused me with another car. The manager argued with me about it so now I’m having to call corporate. No resolution.

They were a big help in a pinch. We'll definitely be back for future work.

Man, life savers for me! I got a flat just a few blocks from their shop with a very tight deadline to get to my next appointment. Was able to limp my car over to them and they got me repaired and on my way. Alex who answered the phone was very empathetic to my situation (which in the moment was very much appreciated) and Darin who wrapped me up was super enthusiastic about the company and the work they do to serve people. Highly recommend!

I’ve brought my car to Woodies several times for different reasons— they are always professional, friendly and honest. Competitively priced, too. I wouldn’t think about taking my car anywhere else.

Had a nail in my tire and just went to the closest place I could find. Glad it was Woodie's. Very nice place, pleasant and helpful people and they fixed my issue with our trying to upsell me to new tires.
