My husband needed his window washer blades replaced and was prepared to wait since he didn't have an appointment. They took the car back and replaced the blades within 5 minutes and he was on his way. Thank you for the great customer service as always.

Been going to Woody’s for about a year now for routine maintenance like oil changes, etc… the first few times the service was great with no issues, then over the last 6 months or so the quality of work has declined. They have forgotten to reset my mileage after the oil change the last few times. My most recent experience will be my last, I needed 4 new tires and paid over $1,000 to have them put them on and do an alignment. After I paid I went out to my car to find no valve caps on my new tires. Just a very simple oversight that shows their lack of attention to detail. After reading other reviews it seems like this is becoming a trend. Will do my service elsewhere from now on.

My mirror on my right side mirror fell off and I could not put it back on. I drove to Woodie’s in Davidson where we have done business for years. Darrin the service manager got Malek the technician and in 15 minutes my mirror was put back in securely . I felt safer to drive. Thanks guys.

Poor service, they've recommended maintenance that was performed - by them - only months prior. They quoted me for replacing a part on my vehicle. I found that the dealership provided a cheaper price for same service. Failed state inspection due to several items needing service. Other reputable businesses in the area find no issue and pass state inspection.

Outstanding shop! We were in a jam when my son accidentally put diesel fuel in our Toyota Corolla and got stranded in Cornelius. The initial tow was to the local dealer who tried to sell us parts we didn't need totaling around $1.5k. I then paid for a 2nd tow to Woodie's and they had us fixed and out the door for under $400. Great people!!!

Thorough high tech diagnosis of an ignition coil problem that I was afraid was something much worse. Same day fix of that plus other maintenance that brought my car back to new. Friendly shuttle drivers.

I went to Woodie’s for an oil change since it would be convenient to work. They recommended an additional $500 worth of services after the $80 oil change. On my way home I noticed a noise coming from my car. Upon further inspection the bottom plate of my car had been zip tied on and had come loose while driving. Went back the next day and they fixed it for free (I should hope so), but didn’t take accountability for using zip ties in the first place. They claimed the car was previously secured with zip ties. If that was the case I certainly would have expected that info when they called me after the service. All around a ridiculous situation that could have been dangerous for me driving home with my young kids. We will not return.
