5 Star Rating for Alex Pichardo, our Service Advisor, John Sienko, Manager and the team at the Carmel Road location for the work performed on our vehicle on 5/15/2019. Alex explained completely all work which was to be done, price and work timeframe completion. I was previously a Woodie's Auto Service customer at the old Charlottetown location, many, many, many years ago, when Mike and Brad were the owner/managers there. My interactions with Alex, made me feel like I did when I worked with Mike and Brad directly - honest person, made you feel as if you were part of the family, not just a customer. Alex is a great representative for Woodie's. Great experience and I look forward to working with Alex in the future. I highly recommend Woodie Auto Service - Carmel Road.

Had a bolt in my tire and took it here to have it internally patched dropped it off with no appointment they worked me in and had it done quickly and at a reasonable price.

We've been going to Woodies on Carmel for 9 years. Always like going into this shop - friendly neighborhood environment, know what they are talking about, fair prices. Rick R is a good guy...makes me laugh as he is taking my $$. All good with Woodies at Carmel

Got a NC State inspection. Prompt friendly service.

I called 3 different places for a same day appointment for a NC state inspection and Woodies on Carmel Road was the ONLY place that was willing to fit me in. They also offered a shuttle service to take me back to work AND picked me up as soon as my car was ready with no additional charge. The driver was extremely professional and friendly. My service advisor Alex was not only friendly but actually had a sense of humor. My family has used this Woodies location (Carmel Road) for years and has always received top notch service. I on the other hand tried the Ballantyne location several times in the past and their staff is rude and treated me like an idiot assuming because i am a woman. They did not care about my safety and sent me off in a dangerous tire and said i would be fine. I am so happy to know that they are not reps of all Woodie's as the Carmel Road location is the BEST place i have ever had my car serviced. I will continue to use this location for all future service needs.
