We’ve only had excellent service at Woodie’s. The guys are punctual, careful and have great customer service. We had an emergency with our car right before a road trip and they got us on our way the same day. I can’t thank them enough!

We recently moved to the area and needed to find a reliable and trustworthy auto service center. I chose Woodie’s as I liked the family owned aspect over the big chains and I am very happy with my choice! Great communication, fair prices, fast service. I have used Woodies Ballantyne on multiple occasions now (both small, and large jobs) and each time they did fantastic work; very reliable repairs. I am totally pleased with the service they provide, and what I like best about them is that they keep you updated on how the work is going, they completly explain what needs to be done, no surprises when it's time to pay. I have been a customer of Woodies for many years now and I am totally satisfied with the work they do. The Service Managers (Sean is fantastic) are so helpful, they explain the work that needs to be done and their service estimates are bang on, they really explain things. Woodies 28 point inspection is detailed & thorough, it provides me with a list of critical work and jobs/parts that will need attention down the road, I appreciate that part of it. I have complete peace of mind in the work they do on my vehicle, I definitely recommend Woodies ... Great team.
