FIVE our of five stars!!! I picked up a car in concord to return to Iowa. Didn't make it through Charlotte. Had it towed to Woodies. The technician Al did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable and a truckload of experience. Doesn't matter how bad your day is going, Amy at the counter is an amazing customer service representative. There is another gentleman who works behind the counter who is also very attune to customer service. Can't remember his name. He saved me uber money by shuttling me to my motel. Yes, there was a lot to fix. The waiting room is very comfortable and I think I drank as much of their coffee as the bill was. The drive back to Iowa was mechanically uneventful. Traffic was another story. I HIGHLY recommend Woodies on Ashley Road for all your mechanical issues!!! Or just drop in for a cup of coffee and say Hi.

Friendly personnel. Clean waiting room with free coffee n tea. Cold water cooler. Inspection completed in timely manner.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. They do a fantastic job and everyone is beyond kind and courteous.

Brought our car in because a nail was in the tire. We were informed that the tire couldn't be saved, but they could order one for us right away. They did just that and within a few hours we had brand new tire. Glad that they were able to get us a tire and install all in the same day. Usually there's a wait of a few days. We appreciate Woodie's getting that done for us quickly.

Woodie's on Ashley is a dependable reasonably priced auto repair center. Amy who is typically the first person you meet is a kind, professional representative. They do their best to accommodate you on your repair.

Very easy transition. The appointment was made online and I pulled in and was immediately taken. Everything took about an hour. Of course the cost of inflation has even reached here, but still affordable for anyone needing services. I recommend.
